Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce Continues Regional Expansion with Additions of Wolcott and Thomaston

The Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce continued its regional growth with the addition of Wolcott and Thomaston to its dynamic network. These two vibrant communities join an already strong coalition that includes Bristol, Burlington, Farmington, Plainville, and Plymouth—solidifying the Chamber's role as one of the largest and most influential business organizations in Connecticut.

Effective January 1, 2025, the Wolcott Chamber officially merged with the Central CT Chambers to expand visibility, support services, and opportunities for its members. “Joining the regional chamber is a proactive step that enhances services and creates a stronger business environment,” said Roger Picard, then-President of the Wolcott Chamber.

Similarly, the Thomaston Economic Development Commission partnered with the Central CT Chambers to connect local businesses with broader resources and regional opportunities. “We are thrilled to welcome Thomaston’s business community,” said Katie D’Agostino, Chamber CEO. “Together, we can build new pathways for economic success.”

With over 1,800 business and organizational members, the Central CT Chambers continues to leverage regional strength to promote economic development, business advocacy, and community enrichment.
